Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- It must be returned in the same condition as received
- The item should be in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors beyond our control
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
Refund Process:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping details.
- Provide a valid tracking number when you want to refund.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends holidays).
- Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 7 days, but credit may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
- Returns are typically confirmed within 72 hours of receipt.
Fees and Charges:
- Return shipping fee: $15 USD (covered by the customer)
- Restocking fee: $5 USD (applied to all returns)
- Refunds will not include the original shipping cost
- Shipping, handling, and other fees are non-refundable
- We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
